The Home Secretary tells us that he was elected for the 2nd time Prof. Susana Alicia Flores 1st time and elected by Prof. Maria Lucia De Mitri. Clarifies that they play office for a period of 2 (two) years from 03/09/1910 to 09/03/1912.
